Food & Beverage / The BarMaster™

Every ounce, accounted for.

The BarMaster™ is a complete beverage asset management system. Wireless weighing sensors, event based IP video, point-of-sale integration, and cloud reporting combine into a single loop that follows liquor from the moment it is received to the moment it is sold.

How the system works

Sub-gram bottle sensors

Every bottle sits on a wireless load cell, in the speed rail, on the back bar, and in the stock room. Weight is sampled continuously, so a pour is measured the moment it happens rather than counted at close.

Point-of-sale reconciliation

Each measured pour is matched against the ring at the register. Over pours, unrung drinks, and comps separate themselves out automatically instead of hiding inside a monthly variance number.

Event based IP video

Proprietary event based surveillance ties a clip to the exact moment an anomaly occurs. No scrubbing hours of footage, the system hands you the seconds that matter.

Cloud reporting and SaaS

Live dashboards per venue, per bartender, and per shift, with corporate roll-ups for multi-unit groups. Par levels, depletion, and reorder points update themselves.

What changes

Liquor stops being the number nobody can explain.

Pour cost
Measured in real time instead of estimated at inventory.
Shrinkage
Theft, over pouring, and unrung drinks surface the same shift.
Labor
Manual counting hours return to the floor and to guests.
Purchasing
Ordering follows actual depletion, not a manager's memory.

Built for every kind of bar

The BarMaster™ adapts to the room it is installed in and integrates with the systems already running there, from a single neighborhood bar to a stadium with dozens of service points.
